This notice is a draft and is being reviewed. If anything is unclear, email info@saxumtech.net.
Who we are
This website is run by Saxum Technologies Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar ("Saxum", "we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at info@saxumtech.net.
What we collect
When you use the contact or early-access form we receive your name, email address, company name and current website (if you give them), the topic you choose and your message. If you email us directly we receive whatever you include in that email.
Our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you asked for early access, to tell you when Saxum Sites opens. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. Technical logs are used to keep the site running and protected from abuse.
Who sees it
Your message is delivered to our team by email. The companies that host this website and our email act for us and only use the information to provide their service. To keep out spam, the forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automated abuse. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after we last heard from you, unless you become a customer. Hosting logs are kept for a short period set by our provider.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If Cloudflare Turnstile runs on a form, it may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell people from bots.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent or object to how we use it, at any time, by emailing info@saxumtech.net.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (www.gra.gi), or to your local data protection authority.
